‘1000-Lb. Sisters’ Star Tammy Slaton Achieves “Unbelievable” Win in Weight Loss Journey
Tammy Slaton has had enough chatter about her family.
The 1000-Lb. Sisters star shut down recent speculation the internet has brought up surrounding her sister Amy Slaton and sister-in-law Brittany, who is married to their brother Chris Combs.
“I wish people would stop spreading rumors,” the 38-year-old said in a TikTok video posted on Nov. 4. “But I’m here to tell ya, Amy is not pregnant and Brittany did not pass away.”
While Tammy’s short but sweet video confirmed that Amy is not expecting her third child, the 37-year-old—who was arrested for drug possession and child endangerment in September—is already the mother of Gage Halterman, 4, and Glenn Halterman, 2, who she shares with her ex-husband Michael Halterman.
Tammy’s comments were met with support and relief from followers who were worried, especially about Brittany.
“I’m so thankful to hear this. Thank you for letting me know. I was heartbroken. Glad Brittany is ok,” one user wrote. With another one adding, “It’s driving me nuts. People are still spreading misinformation.”
