“We’ve brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to bring you along for the win,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “I am still pretty newly pregnant, and there’s so much more to come, but we are so excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling! AHH IM PREGNANT!”
One week later, Jesse posted a TikTok revealing they were expecting not one, but two babies. Alongside the clip, he wrote, “We’re having twins! We know it’s early but we’re preparing for the best.”
Jesse—who came out as transgender in 2019—has also been candid about how the couple intended to get pregnant.
“We’re going to probably make embryos, and we’re going to use, most likely, Arlo’s biological other dad for the sperm,” he shared on the Sofia With an F podcast in May 2023. “So we would make my embryo from mine, my embryo from hers, his sperm and then we would freeze them until she’s actually ready to carry.”
As for Francesca, she raved about having a partner who has experienced pregnancy before.
“It’s been a dream,” the reality star told E! News in June. “Because I’m just like, ‘Is this normal?’ ‘OK, did you feel this?’ He’s like, ‘Yeah.’ And he’s been through it, so he’s been the most amazing support system.”
