Jodie Turner-Smith‘s daughter would not wish to wait to go to the theater.
The truth is, the Star Wars: The Acolyte actress—who shares her 4-year-old with ex Joshua Jackson—mentioned their toddler “already loves motion pictures,” having already seen fairly just a few at her younger age.
Nevertheless, the 37-year-old joked that the pressure is not together with her daughter, who was terrified when she first noticed the trailer for Jodie’s new Disney+ collection.
“She loves this little Star Wars cartoon and so I used to be like, ‘Look, it is mummy in Star Wars,'” Jodie recounted. “And she or he was like, ‘Eek, scary!'”
The Queen & Slim alum mentioned she ultimately apologized to her daughter—whose identify has not been publicly disclosed—for scary her with “so many lightsabers.” Nonetheless, Jodie was thrilled to have her daughter be part of her Star Wars journey.
“I’ve by no means been so excited to look at myself in one thing,” she added with fun. “Once I noticed the trailer for the primary time, I jumped within the air like I used to be like Zendaya on the finish scene of Challengers.”
