He said that he pursued a career in HRM due to a deep interest in fostering positive workplace environments and enhancing employee satisfaction.

“I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to organisational success through effective recruitment, development, and retention strategies.

“Additionally, HRM offers a unique blend of working closely with people while implementing policies and systems that drive organisational growth and employee well-being,” he said.

What is HRM?
HRM refers to the process of recruiting, training, compensating, and developing employees. It also involves creating policies and strategies to retain employees effectively.

What do HR personnel do?
Human resources personnel are primarily responsible for recruitment, administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, as well as employee relations and performance management. They also address employee queries.

The dynamic nature of HR involves diverse tasks such as problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning.
